Join Becky Wojcik, MA, RDN, LDN, RYT for a 1 hour yoga practice to wind down and recharge your battery. This class helps you move slowly through a series of fluid postures, flowing continuously through standing/seated postures, linking breath to movement, while relieving tension, holding stretches, and moving mindfully.
Please bring your own mat. $15 for non-FBBC members.
