Join the 12-week Journey To Joy (J2J) group – a 12- week virtual program that includes 10 weeks of LIVE meetings, 4 coaching sessions with Mind-Body Dietitian Becky Wojcik, plus self-guided modules and access to an off-FB connection platform for members.

JTJ is an action-packed, step by step program that eliminates self-limiting beliefs and behaviors and gives you more time to practice the joyful life you deserve to live through aligned nutrition, movement and mindfulness.
